The Five Major Religions Cont. (Christianity and Judaism)

Over the last few days in the Human Geography class, we have been discussing the top religions in the world. The religions being Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. Christianity has the most followers with Judaism being the ninth largest in the world. Ever since Judaism became a religion, they have always had the most trouble in their time with Romans killing them for sport and something a bit more recently, World War Two. If these event did not occur, then there would no doubt be more Jews in the current day world. Christianity has around 2.2 billion adherents while Judaism only has 14-18 million adherents. Usually, Christians can be found in Europe, the Americas, and some in south Africa. The founder of Christianity is a man called Jesus Christ who was sent from God to die and gift us eternal life in his heaven way up above. The Holy Book of theirs is called the Bible and the Clergy of Christianity is the Pope. If your are trying to find followers of Judaism, look in either Israel or The U.S.A. Their founder is a man named Abraham who is tied in with Christianity as well. Their Holy Book is called the Torah and they follow the ten commandments that were given to Moses, like Christians, and follow the 13 principles of faith.
