Elbort Hubbord Test Review

Today... We... Got... our Tests Back! I did okay, I got a B and I'm okay with it. I really do like the essay I wrote too. I did essay A and Got a forty out of forty! The essay I wrote was on Socrates' trial and death. I started with "Socrates was a Greek Philosopher and is one of the most well known philosophers in Ancient History." I then began with how he fought heroically in the Pelipanesian war. I then started on how he taught the young adolescence of Athens about how to critically think and illuminate ideas. Unfortunately, the Athens government did uncover the truth about Socrates. I wrote, "they put him on trial with a five hundred male jury and accused him of corruption of Athens youth and impiety." The way they where going to kill him was by Hemlock which basically made the consumer drown on land. I told the reader, "The thing is, he was so loyal to the Athens government that when he had the chance to escape with his friends, he would not take it. The only thing he did take was a horrible death."
